This is the Arthrosurface implant. The picture on the top right shows a degenerative metatarsal head where bone is grinding on bone. The left picture shows insertion of the implant which will allow full range of motion of the great toe. The bottom right picture shows almost 90 degrees of dorsiflexion of the great toe! Great procedure to have if you cannot move your big toe up or down!
