Our specialized community environments and personalized care model reconnect your loved ones to their cherished memories—helping to create a deep sense of purpose for them. Memory loss manifests itself differently in each person and we recognize the challenges faced. This specialized memory care community is near medical facilities equipped to serve the specific needs of those experiencing Alzheimer’s, Dementia, and other forms of memory loss.

Today we celebrated Patti—a vibrant, goofy, and fun woman who was clearly a phenomenal mom and a generous friend. And an honest-to-goodness clown (she even earned a diploma for it!). We are truly honored to be part of her life and her family. 💛

Our resident-made pickles are jarred and ready to go for our fundraiser tomorrow to raise money for the annual Walk to End Alzheimer’s! 🥒💜
