The Fresno American Indian Health Project Plant Store is fully stocked once again, just in time for the cool season! 🌱

We currently have the following fresh starts available:

🌱 Kale – hearty and nutrient-rich, great for soups or stir-fries

🌱 Spinach – tender greens perfect for salads or sautéing

🌱 Arugula – adds a peppery flavor to your dishes

🌱 Broccoli Raab – also known as rapini, a delicious leafy green packed with vitamins

🌱 Cilantro – bright, aromatic herb perfect for seasoning, salsa, and garnish

These are all cool-season vegetables, meaning they thrive in the cooler months of fall and winter. Planting them now helps them establish strong roots before the weather warms up again.

Stop by the Plant Store to pick up your starts and add some fall greens to your home garden!

Please remember to sign out the plant via QR Code (preferred) or paper. Both are available in the plant store.
