In the 📕 “The Obesity Code” the author states “studying obesity for a year or two is like studying rust for a year or two. You don’t learn anything. Obesity must be studied for years”

When addressing obesity, we MUST start with the psychology of obesity before the physical part.

What is more helpful is thinking about the foods you eat on a spectrum🚦

🟢 Green light foods are foods that you can eat often and almost as much as you want.

🟡 Yellow light foods are foods that you should eat occasionally.

🛑 Red light foods are foods that you should measure, weigh and eat very sparingly.

Try not to run red🚦lights if you're trying to lose weight or be healthier.

Peanuts 🥜 while high in protein are also high in fat. If weight loss is one of your goals then account for them with your daily intake.

Remember nearly every food(s) have some nutritional value but some come with unforeseen calorie’s.
