Cases of Whooping Cough (also known as Pertussis) are on the rise. Check your child's vaccine record on their patient portal to verify that they are up to date with their DTaP (2 mo, 4 mo, 6 mo, 15 mo & 4 yrs) or Tdap (11 yrs). If you are pregnant or have a newborn, protect the baby by making sure adults and children are up to date with their vaccination.

Parents and caregivers should talk to their pediatrician about getting their child vaccinated against whooping cough, which can spread easily and become a serious infection.
