Almost five months, two hand surgeries, much physical therapy, and overcoming a lot of pain, and I’m finally back on my bike! I took a short maiden voyage today to test it out, then dusted off Ms. Phoenix Rising for my first group ride tomorrow since the HOG Rally in October. Let’s Ride!!!! 🏍️😎🔥

A bit of a cheat day….Marinated and grilled baby Bella “steak”, raw cauliflower truffle “mashed potatoes”, cashew cheese topping, sliced strawberries. Yum!!!

Raw Food Meals, Day 2…
*Breakfast- Banana, strawberry, pineapple, chia seed, almond, coconut yogurt, vanilla smoothie
*Lunch - Leftover pecan taco salad with cashew sour cream and guac
*Dinner - Zucchini spirals with Italian pecan meat and Roma marinara with almond cheese, and kale apple salad.

This was an incredibly delicious and satisfying food day. Also, I’m already 1 1/2 lbs down of water weight.
