Raw Food Meals, Day 2β¦
*Breakfast- Banana, strawberry, pineapple, chia seed, almond, coconut yogurt, vanilla smoothie
*Lunch - Leftover pecan taco salad with cashew sour cream and guac
*Dinner - Zucchini spirals with Italian pecan meat and Roma marinara with almond cheese, and kale apple salad.
This was an incredibly delicious and satisfying food day. Also, Iβm already 1 1/2 lbs down of water weight.
