I’d be lying if I said I didn’t eat this for breakfast everyday, so I might as well tell the truth 😉 But this one is special because I used some local whole wheat sourdough from a French bakery in town 🤤 along with sliced avo, lemon juice, and some sesame seeds 💚 HAPPY WEDNESDAY!! 😘

Heading into the grocery store today and I had a thought... I often shop at stores like FoodMaxx and Winco b/c college 💰 I buy some things at Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, Sprouts, and at the Farmer’s Market BUT you don’t have to shop at those stores to make basic healthy food choices. There are plenty of fruit and vegetables at the cheaper/larger grocery stores. Ok I’m done, time to go shop 🤗

This sourdough whole wheat bread that I bought yesterday from La Boulangerie is literally almost gone 😂 Sam and I had it for lunch, for dinner, for breakfast... 🤦🏼‍♀️ It made the perfect side to my turmeric chicken salad and the most delicious toast 🤤 I might have to go buy more 💁🏼‍♀️ HAPPY WEEKEND 💚

BUTTERNUT SQUASH EGG NESTS 🔥 inspired by 💛 These beauties were tastier then I imagined them to be and so easy to make! I made them post workout and was full for quite some time afterward. Hope your Tuesday has been as cozy as mine... 🤗
Recipe ~ Ingredients: Butternut squash noodles, eggs, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Directions: Sauté butternut squash in olive oil, salt, and pepper, once soft form an “egg nest” with a spot in the middle to crack your egg. Once egg is cracked in the middle of the egg nest, cover and let cook until egg white has been solidified! 👍🏻
