Our minds love to “protect” us by overthinking and preparing for everything that could go wrong in the future. It’s a natural survival instinct, but it keeps us stuck in fear, anxiety, negativity and makes the future feel dark.
What if instead of spiraling into worries about the future, you train your brain to dream about all of the exciting possibilities instead?
