Take some time..... and just breathe! 🖤🌲🖤

JUST BREATHE✨

Pause. Amidst the busyness. During the days of back to back appointments, celebrations, and meetings.
During the moments when life seems to be moving at one hundred miles per hour. Pause. Take it all in, right where you are now. Reacquaint yourself with who you are.
Remind yourself that you’re doing your best and that that is all you can do. Pause. Allow yourself to take a moment to stretch and feel your muscles relax. Let any tension fall away. Pause. Take in as much air as your lungs will allow and just breathe. You are doing better than you think.

How is everyone doing?? Any good news or goals to start out the week??

I am spring cleaning in August! It is really no fun, but I need to get it done. Plus the end of this year will bring some changes into my life and I want to start fresh! So, we start with the decluttering part of the plan, which I do not recommend if you are looking to have a fun day (Hahaha) I will keep looking for a way to make this process more enjoyable, but tell me what you are working on this week.... or maybe tell me what you won't be doing this week??

Having a healing, releasing, soul cleansing kinda full moon night in my back yard! Can't wait to have a fire in a bit. How are you doing this lovely Saturday?? Tonight is a big night for release no matter your religion/beliefs. Take a moment to accept the energy and release what is no longer serving you. Spend time outside ... or make music... meditate ... just take a moment to be. Have a blessed weekend!

No matter the holidays you celebrate, we hope you have a wonderful weekend! We will be sitting out under tonight's full moon!! It is a supermoon and should appear larger than normal. Take a moment to look at the moon tonight and make a wish.... state an affirmation or goal... Let the energy of tonight's full moon carry your words out into the universe. Be safe no matter the activity :)

Hello Everyone! How is everyone doing? It's been a crazy few months (who am I kidding, a crazy few years!!) around here. We are finally stating to stabilize a bit. I am starting to feel like I have my feet below be again. Starting to feel like a new normal is upon us and I will be able to get back to work! This has me soooooooo excited.

While looking for a new office I will be offering my services at my home and via video chat. Life coaching, Hypnotherapy and spiritual counseling are all offered as of now! You can message me to book a consultation by sending me a message.

Also something new and exciting (to me) is in the works. I am finishing up my certificates to become a death doula. Working with clients and their families in their final months/days has shown me what my try passion is. It is helping others through their toughest times. Helping those that are leaving this world, and those who are left behind. It is something I have studied for, as well as something that makes my heart feel just a bit lighter. If this is something you are looking for or know something that is in need, please send them my way. I would love to help in any way that I can.

I am excited to get back on the horse so to speak! I look forward to working with my current clients more and also working with new clients in the future!
