Today this beautiful Friday March 20, 2026 is the Spring Equinox, a time of equal night and day and the beginning of Spring or Autumn, depending on which hemisphere of the world you live in.
On the Equinox, the energy grid of the planet moves into a higher harmony, allowing us to soak up the healing powers of Mother Nature with greater ease, stand barefoot on the earth, let the heavenly energy enter and rebalance between heaven & earth. With the energy grid of the planet alive and awakened, use this precious time for the replenishment of our energy centers of the body & send our thoughts and intentions into the Universe for creation.
With this powerful equinox energy we also celebrate the start of the astrological new year today. In Western Astrology, the March Vernal Equinox Ostara coincides with the start of Aries Season, the first sign of the zodiac.
As we move into the first sign of the zodiac, we begin a new journey, a new trip around the Sun, where we again experience the energies, the frequencies of each of the twelve zodiac signs all over again.
The March Equinox is always a significant power day in our year where we can celebrate the new, welcome the fresh starts it brings, and set intentions for the year to come. Have you woken some mornings, standing on on the edge of the day, knowing deep within that this day is full of promise , today everything is light and flowing with you & for you , moving you effortlessly towards your destiny, to things unknown before, suddenly bright wisdom floods every part of your self. These next two weeks are a time of movement towards your purest truth with a power you may have never known guiding you and allowing you to grow your purpose in healing this earth. Each of us is here for divine reasons we may never have had words for. We are here to hold faith with each other, moving all things towards universal pure light & energy which is our higher truth and self . These are the days of energy building within us for the year to come . This is the time where all words we speak give birth, creating a new living frequency. This is giving birth more powerful than anything we have before. In this time of power we can say words, such as “ Love Now” & this becomes the seed of manifestation that grows into form in the days, months, and years to come. Make of your life a living prayer, every word spoken ,every thought, every movement filled with light and the power so all things grow to their greatest potential. Words like great light switches, turning on and off frequencies of all things in the universe. Think of your words as a powerful remote control, sending light frequencies, great changes throughout the universe. We are capable of using our words and thoughts to transform, create and manifest all things.
