The Landmark of Fridley The Landmark of Fridley is a beautiful Assisted Living and Memory Care community located in the heart of Fridley focused on residents Aging Magnificently.

Each of our 55 assisted living apartments offer a full kitchen, living room and full size washer and dryer. In addition to our Assisted Living, we also have 14 Memory Care studio apartments. Our common areas include a wellness room, lounge café, our Mississippi Room, dining room, chapel and private dining.
