Does your child need a flu shot, a routine physical or care for ear pain or other concerns? Is their asthma medication up to date?

Our Pediatric Mobile Clinic will be on-site at Adams-Friendship Area Schools and ready to help on Tuesdays in January including tomorrow, Jan. 13, and Jan. 20 and 27.

If your child is in school that day, they can leave class for their appointment. Spread the word to other parents!

Call (608) 775-8138 to schedule. Please have your insurance card ready and mention you would like an appointment with the Pediatric Mobile Clinic in Adams County. Security Health (commercial and Medicaid) was recently added.

Emplify Health by Gundersen's Pediatric Mobile Clinic is a clinic on wheels offering well-child visits, physicals, vaccines, and care for common issues like sore throats, stomach aches, ear pain, asthma, and more.

It's Christmas Eve - our clinics and pharmacy are closing at noon today and will be closed all day on Christmas.

Our clinics and pharmacy will close at noon on Wednesday, Dec. 24 for Christmas Eve and will be closed all day on Dec. 25 for Christmas Day. Urgent Care, located in our Emergency Department, will be open extended hours on Christmas Eve, from 12 - 9 p.m. and on Christmas Day from 9 a.m. - 9 p.m. Happy Holidays!
