On National Doctors Day (March 30), Emplify Health by Gundersen proudly honors the commitment and dedication of our physicians - who work side by side with nurse practitioners, physician assistants, behavioral health specialists, and countless others—to ensure patients and communities have access to high‑quality care close to home. 💙

To celebrate the impact of more than 560 physicians across Emplify Health by Gundersen, donations totaling more than $22,000 were made to over 40 food pantries throughout the tri‑state region.

Locally, Danielle Soley, NP (Emplify Health by Gundersen Westfield Clinic) and Rachael Johnson, PA (Friendship Clinic) were honored to present donation checks to volunteers at the Adams Food Pantry, Grand Marsh Food Pantry, Westfield School District Pantry, and Care and Share Food Pantry in Marquette County.

Our Pediatric Mobile Clinic will be at the Adams-Friendship Schools tomorrow (Tues. March 24). If your child (birth through 18) is not feeling well, needs care for a chronic condition, needs a physical, vaccinations or has another health care concern, the mobile clinic is a convenient option! Call (608) 775-8138 and request a mobile clinic appointment in Adams County.

Our Pediatric Mobile Clinic is a clinic on wheels, bringing quality healthcare directly to your child at convenient locations in your community, like schools or the county health department.

We accept many insurance plans, including private insurance and BadgerCare Plus. If your child has a regular primary care provider, we will work alongside them to ensure seamless care.

We will be at Adams-Friendship Schools on Tuesdays, March 24, April 7 and 21. We will be at Adams County Health and Human Services on Monday, April 13. Appointments are available for all children, 18 years and under, on most appointment days from 10 a.m. - 4 p.m.

Schedule is subject to change. Same day appointments are welcome, based on availability.

💙 March is Colon Cancer Awareness Month 💙

Colon cancer is becoming increasingly common in younger adults, making early screenings more important than ever. New guidelines recommend screenings to start as early as age 45.

Colon cancer often develops without symptoms in its early stages. Screenings like colonoscopies can catch issues before they become cancerous. Symptoms to watch for include changes in bowel habits, re**al bleeding, unexplained weight loss, and persistent abdominal discomfort.

In recognition of colore**al cancer awareness month, we’ve posted a heartfelt patient comment about Dr. Ramon Morales, a specialist who performs colonoscopies at Emplify Health by Gundersen Friendship Hospital, to highlight the compassionate care you can expect at our hospital.

Thank you for an incredible night of support! Moundview Memorial Healthcare Foundation and Emplify Health by Gundersen Friendship Hospital extend our heartfelt thanks to all of our donors who made the March 7, 2026 Dinner and Auction fundraiser an overwhelming success.

Because of your generosity, we raised more than $125,000 towards the purchase of a new digital x-ray machine for our radiology department and two defibrillators for the emergency department – critical investments that will benefit our patients and community for years to come.

We are sincerely grateful for the support of every donor and attendee. A special acknowledgement goes to our Platinum, Sapphire, Ruby, Emerald, Gold and Silver Sponsors for their generous donations of $500 - $5,000+, who are recognized in the attachments to this post.
