Last weekend we had a great time hosting our donors at Moundview Memorial Healthcare Foundation's Donor Appreciation Event, Piano Fondue, at Connell's Cedar Shack! This free event was held as a thank you to our donors in appreciation for all they have done for our local healthcare.

Thank you to Piano Fondue who donated all tips taken in that night (over $600) to the Foundation. And thank you to Connell's Cedar Shack for hosting the event.

The next Pediatric Mobile Clinic will be this coming Tuesday, Nov. 4 at Adams-Friendship Area Schools. Call to schedule an appointment for your child today! See details below:

Emplify Health by Gundersen's Pediatric Mobile Clinic is a clinic on wheels that provides well-child visits, sports physicals, vaccines, and care for common issues like sore throats, stomach aches, ear pain, asthma, and more.

Appointments are currently available for the following Tuesday clinics: November 4, 18 and 25. The mobile clinic will be parked in a school parking lot for easy access on these dates.

To learn more or to make an appointment, call (608) 775-8138 and mention you would like to schedule a visit with the Pediatric Mobile Clinic in Adams County.

When calling, please have your insurance card available. If you provide us with your information, our schedulers can usually see if your provider is in our network. If you are told the appointment would not be covered by your insurance, please contact the school at pedsmobile@afasd.net

We are actively exploring was to reduce or offset costs so that we can provide care to as many children as possible. At this time, we can care for all children with BadgerCare through November.

There are only a few days left to help us raise funds for the Home Delivered Meals Program through the Aging Department of Adams County Health & Human Services.

Stop by our hospital lobby to vote with cash/coin for your favorite pumpkin and simultaneously raise funds to support this worthy cause. Voting ends at 10 am Monday, Nov. 3.

The money raised will help purchase supplies for "Blizzard Boxes" - emergency/replacement meals when drivers are unable to deliver meals to recipient homes due to bad weather. Thank you for making a difference!

The money will help purchase non-perishable food for Blizzard Boxes. These boxes are stored in the food recipients' homes to be used when the food delivery is unavailable due to bad weather.
