Adams County Public Health is celebrating Mental Health Month by offering free haircuts through the Mid‑State Technical College Cosmetology Program on Thursday, May 28, from 9 AM to 12 PM at the Adams County Community Center. This event is appointment‑only and open to adults 18 and older, with services provided by cosmetology students. Please note that hairwashing and styling are not offered, and appointments are limited.
