​Jasmine Journey Holistic Wellness Center is looking for a passionate, professional LMT to join our dedicated team in Friendswood. We provide a peaceful, supportive environment where you can truly focus on your clients' healing without the "high-turnover" stress of a typical spa.

​What we are looking for:

✅ A skilled LMT (Experience in Prenatal, Deep Tissue, or Trauma-Informed care is a plus!)
✅ Availability for Saturdays is a MUST. (Our busiest and most rewarding day!)
✅ A heart for community and holistic wellness.

What a beautiful day spent with our Friendswood neighbors! 🐰🌷

​We had such a blast at the Easter Egg Hunt hosted by Autumn Oaks Speech Voice and Hearing. Seeing the community come together like this is exactly why we love what we do.

​While the kids were busy spinning our prize wheel, we loved getting to chat with the parents and helping them enter our massage and facial giveaway. A huge thank you to Autumn Oak for the invite, and to everyone who stopped by our booth to say hi!

☀️ BIG NEWS: Summer Camp is officially coming to Jasmine Journey! ☀️

​Friendswood Mamas, are you looking for a summer experience that feels more like a "boutique retreat" than a crowded gym? 🌿

​We are opening up our private backyard and our beautiful Suite 210 studio for two exclusive weeks of Mindful Makers and Movement Magic. Why parents (and kids) are going to love this:

✅ Small Group Focus: We are strictly limiting this to 10 campers per session for high-engagement, individualized fun.

✅ Expert Led: Directed by Natalie (our favorite Homeschool Mom & Wellness Advocate) and our amazing counselors Sahzira and Zaiden.

✅ Themed Fun: From Sun-Print Art and DIY Herb Gardening to Backyard Yoga and Sensory Obstacle Courses!

​📍 Location: 306 S Friendswood Dr, Suite 210 (Jasmine Journey Holistic Wellness Center, LLC)

🗓️ Dates: June 15-18 & June 22-25

⏰ Time: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Monday - Thursday)

💰 Investment: $250 per child per week (or $225 for siblings!)

GRATITUDE POST

This week has been a week of true blessing and an over pour of love for Jasmine Journey.

As the grateful leader I wanted to brag a bit about my team, express gratitude to our clients and acknowledge all the love we give and recieve!

Our team is small on purpose, we CARE about our clients. Every single one of you! And with our boutique style spa we can keep the connection and love in every one of our sessions. What truly warms my heart is that our clients see and feel it! This week I had to say goodbye to an amazing client moving away, so she brought ME flowers 😭 how incredibly touching. Then we got the a google review that captured our mission from a brand new client! Y'all reviews are seriously how small businesses survive, not just from the feedback but because technology requires it now! (So go leave a review if you havent 😉)

Then, our team had the pleasure of massaging the race participants and friends! We LOVE giving back to our community, because we know without you, we couldnt be here.

YOGA IS COMING BACK!! But we need your help! Which type of yoga do you want to see at Jasmine Journey!? Vote for your choice below in the comments!

1. Yin Yoga & Soundbath
We settled in a gentle poses supported with props ( blocks, bolsters) we moved through, slow, grounding yin poses with soothing sound bath.

2. Slow flow yoga
We move in a slow pace paired the poses with the rhythm of the breath

3. Foundations Yoga
We breakdown poses as we learned the alignment and the breathing techniques of yoga practice.
