Healing takes a community 🤍

My Acupuncture session yesterday was much needed. It's perfect for still being in the early stage of recovery, not being able to move much, it opened up congestion and stagnation in my chest and solar plexus and brought inflammation down significantly! After a recent rib injury, I’ve been focused on intentional recovery. While fractured ribs require time, there are many supportive therapies that can help reduce inflammation, ease pain, and promote a smoother healing process.
My recovery regimen has included:
• Acupuncture – to reduce inflammation, improve circulation, and support lung function
• Ice/Heat Therapy – to manage swelling and encourage healthy blood flow
• Castor Oil & Comfrey Compresses – traditionally used to support tissue and bone repair
• Arnica & CBD Salve – for topical pain and inflammation relief
• Lobelia Tincture – an antispasmodic to support respiratory relaxation
• Herbal Teas (Eucalyptus, Arnica, Nettle, Licorice, Slippery Elm, Kava) – for immune, respiratory, and inflammation support
• NAC & Magnesium – to assist muscle recovery, nerve support, and immune function
And of course PUPPY LOVE ❤️ 🐶
