Pregnancy can cause "brain fog," aka " momnesia" a real and common symptom. To combat this, build a strong support system and ask for help to lighten your load and reduce the number of things you need to remember. This will allow you to focus on what's most important.
Here are some pointers to help you get through it!
Get plenty of rest - aim for a good night's sleep, and take naps during the day if needed. Regular exercise is also essential, as it not only supports a healthy pregnancy, but can also sharpen your memory, reduce stress, and improve sleep.
Stay organized by keeping a daily calendar, writing down important events and tasks, and setting alarms/notifications. Take photos of where you leave your keys, phone, or car to help you remember. Playing brain-boosting games like crosswords or Sudoku can also give your memory a boost.
