Here's the actual timeline:

☀️ Sunscreen: Every. Single. Day. Reapply every 2 hours if you're outside.
🌙 Retinol: Start 2-3x/week, work up to nightly (if your skin tolerates it)
💦 Moisturizer: Twice daily, non-negotiable
