Thank you for understanding ♥️ This is my only income. Even if someone pays the cancellation fee there are still people who could’ve used this session. If you book out weeks/months in advance it is our responsibility as adults to let the person working on us know in advance and put it in our calendars. I send out a reminder 48 hours in advance so you have enough time to reschedule and I send out reminders 2-3 hours before your session. I cannot always make an email or message people and get a response. It takes planning on all ends to make this work. Thank you for respecting my time and I try my absolute best to respect yours! Things happen but if it is habitual we will need to have a conversation. I appreciate everyone who supports my small business.

Our bodies store memories, trauma, stress, and so much more in the fascia. In this video I was manipulating the leg back and fourth until I heard the body speak. When it talks, you pin the muscle or tendon that pops out at you and move the leg back and fourth it releases. You do not force the muscle or trigger point to let go by forcing the leg back to its usual position otherwise you can amplify the pain and possibly cause more damage. I am listening and feeling for the leg to release while my client breathes continuously circulating her blood and oxygen in the muscle/tendon. You should never force the body to do something it doesn’t want to. If you have sciatica and someone aggravates it you can cause them more pain than relief. This muscle energy technique/ Pin in stretch helps relieve the sciatica tremendously. From someone who has chronic sciatica and hip flexor pain I like to perform this on my clients as well. 💆🏻‍♀️

Tuning into a clients body is key. When I was working at a franchise it was so hard to do this. Back to back clients, not able to ground before my next client, just hopping into session after session and not really being able to listen to what their nervous system was saying. I was working but not with intention. Doing 3 hours of work per day and having more time in between people helps me wind down and listen to my clients bodies. It helps me introduce my touch and allows their bodies to relax so we can sync together. I pray before each session and act as a median protecting my space while allowing their body to release what it needs to while not allowing that stress to stay within my body and holding it all day. I care deeply about what’s happening in my clients body. I do not over work myself anymore just for a paycheck. I want to do this long term and I want the person on my table to have my undivided energy and attention. I specialize and customize each session so the client can get an energized therapist VS a therapist that is over worked and burnt out. There’s a reason I have been able to do this job for almost 8 years and not getting tired of helping people. Yes I get booked out quick but I promise the wait time is worth it. ✨ 💆🏻‍♀️

TMJ relief 😮‍💨
I like to prep the clients face with a hot towel to loosen the facial muscles up and add some eucalyptus aromatherapy for some relaxation. The heat/steam in the towel surrounding the nose will help open the nasal airways so the client can really feel the sinuses opening up. 🌿👃🏽
