Can yall believe July will be 1 year since I have opened? Where has the time gone? I am over whelmed with the gratitude from friends, clients, other businesses, and the love of this community choosing me to help them with their pain and stress relief. I absolutely love what I do and I want to make a difference in people’s lives. I have always said ‘ if you pour into your business, your clients, and yourself, the business will build itself. ‘

This is my 3rd business I have opened in my 3rd state I have lived in and every time I have opened one I learn something new. I think life is about never staying comfortable where you are. To me, that’s when you stop growing and learning and being open minded. So without further a do, my books are closed to new clients and I am purely working on memberships and existing clients.

Opening a new business you have to feel it out and work out the kinks and adjust as you go. You all have been so amazing with me figuring things out and being flexible and adaptable. I am truly grateful for everyone who supports me.

I will be doing a drawing/ giveaway in the next few months during my 1 year anniversary for my members and existing clients. Expect some nice goodies in it!

I’ll be looking for local businesses around Frisco who are looking to Donate a service and ideas yall have!

If you need a membership, please check my schedule and policies before signing up. I sent out an email this morning explaining my policies for them. If you sign up, know it will be harder to get in when you start but as you ease into it and book out you’ll realize it’s pretty smooth if you book out. 📆

I just wanted to get on here and show my appreciation for everyone. Every referral, every client new and existing, every review, has led me to be able to come to events for my son and be present. Last year when I was at my old job my boss took away my lunch for asking for ONE day to go to my son’s kindness award ceremony. (Illegal) she never rescheduled my first client either and of course he fired me as his therapist. (Not my job to reschedule people) I had never asked for time off before that to attend his school event and gave her 2 weeks notice. I massaged 4 hours straight and made hardly any money, had no breaks, and barely had Time to get water. I didn’t eat that day for lunch either. After that, I knew she didn’t care about me and just cared about the paycheck. To me, massage is more than a paycheck. It’s about giving people 60-90 minutes to heal and relax their nervous system and shut the world off. Some come for relaxation, some come for pain. After massage changed my life years ago, I wanted to help people too. They say that the people who had bad up bringings make massage a career because they never want others to feel how they did. I am passionate about my skill and only take limited clients a day/ week. I want to do this long term. I refuse to over work my body and give people a half a** massage experience. After almost 8 years of doing this and seeing thousands of people, I have learned so much. But what I had to really learn that was how uncomfortable it is to set boundaries for my mental health. Being a people pleaser is hard but I cannot serve from an empty vessel. Thank you to everyone who supports me and allows me to keep my bond with my son as he grows and allows me to attend his events.

Thank you for inviting me in today! If you’re sick, experiencing brain fog, having trouble with inflammation, joint pain, aging, headaches, migraines etc, You need to run, not walk here! The atmosphere was great and the staff was amazing. I had a lot of fun talking to the owner about the products and chatting with Lauren! I feel so amazing! I noticed my brain fog has gone down a ton already, joints aren’t aching and my headache is actually gone! Definitely check this gem out 💉 💎
