We are changing our name to Arise!

Why are we changing our name might you ask?
Well, we have debated on it for the last year because we felt like our name didn't encompass all that we do anymore. We help people with more than just chiropractic care- the functional structure of your spine; we also help through Functional Health(Medicine) and Functional Neurology.

The definition of Arise is to rise up, to emerge and our mission is to do that with your health. Raise it up to a higher functional level and allow you to thrive so you can enjoy the life you have to live longer and happier.

⭐️New Year, New Goals⭐️
It’s important to remember that as you start makings simple changes to reach the goals that you have set for the year to be forgiving with yourself. It is difficult making changes and yes, there will be times when you mess up. Everyone has those mistakes, but getting up and continuing to take steps in the right direction is ultimately what helps you get where you are trying to go.

Take it one step at a time and if it helps look up at the big goal, because sometimes that is the motivation it takes for that next step.
