Modern Desi kitchens are under siege — not by lack of effort, but by misplaced expectations.
Somewhere between grandma’s recipes and Instagram trends, we’ve lost sight of what food is meant to do: nourish us.

Today, Desi moms are expected to cook like chefs and present like influencers — especially during gatherings.
The pressure is real. And the worst part? It’s silently normalized.

Let’s change the praise from “Wow! Just like restaurant!” to “Wow, I feel so good after eating this.” 🌿
