TOMORROW Wear orange. Start conversations. Break the silence. 🧔

This National Infertility Awareness Week, orange is more than a color—it’s a symbol of support, visibility, and compassion for the 1 in 6 individuals and couples facing infertility.

When you wear orange, you’re helping shine a light on stories that often go unheard and reminding those on this path that they are not alone—and never defined by a diagnosis.

Because infertility is part of the journey, not the whole story. You are more than the 1 in 6. 🧔

Tag us with your šŸŠ tomorrow!

National Infertility Awareness Week 🧔

Not every journey to parenthood is simple. Not every story is visible. And not every struggle is spoken out loud.

This week, we honor the strength it takes to keep showing up, the courage it takes to share (or not share), and the resilience behind every path that looks different than expected.

Let’s keep creating space for honesty, support, and understanding. 🧔

Black Maternal Health Week šŸ–¤āœØ

Because every mother deserves to be heard, respected, and cared for.
Because our stories matter.
Because our lives matter.

Black women are still facing disproportionately high risks during pregnancy and childbirth—and it’s time we change that. This week, we uplift, advocate, and demand better care, better outcomes, and real equity.

Let’s honor the strength, resilience, and beauty of Black motherhood while pushing for the change that’s long overdue.

April showers bring May flowers—and in fertility, growth often begins in the unseen, in the quiet, in the waiting. šŸŒ§ļøšŸŒø

If this season feels heavy, please know that progress isn’t always visible right away. Each step, each cycle, each decision is part of something meaningful taking root.

As an infertility specialist, I see every day how resilience, science, and hope come together to create new beginnings. Your journey may not follow the timeline you imagined, but it is still moving forward.

Be gentle with yourself this season—you are growing, even now. 🌱

IVF tip from your doctor: A little wine is usually okay, but heavy drinking can affect your chances. Moderation is key! šŸ·šŸ’›

It’s normal to feel overwhelmed, frustrated, or discouraged at times. Support groups, counseling, and compassionate care can help.

You do not have to walk this journey alone. šŸ¤

šŸ‘‰šŸ¼Being told you have ā€œunexplained infertilityā€ can feel frustrating.

It simply means that standard testing (ovulation, tubes, s***m analysis) appears normal — but pregnancy hasn’t occurred yet.

Unexplained doesn’t mean untreatable.
There are still effective options, including ovulation induction, IUI, and IVF.

If you’ve received this diagnosis, know that there is still a clear path forward. You deserve a plan — not just a label.

Reminder: Progress Over Perfection šŸ¤

On a fertility journey, it’s easy to feel like everything has to be done perfectly — the timing, the treatments, the lifestyle changes.

But the truth is, perfection isn’t the goal.

Showing up, asking questions, taking the next step, and continuing forward — even on the hard days — is what truly matters.

Progress may look like:
• Scheduling that first appointment
• Making small lifestyle changes
• Getting through another cycle
• Choosing to keep going

Every step counts.

Be patient with yourself. This journey isn’t about perfection — it’s about persistence, resilience, and hope.
