Here’s the most important thing to know: infertility is not caused by being stressed or anxious. You did not do this to yourself.

Stress can affect how we feel and cope, but it doesn’t cause the medical conditions behind infertility. What we see far more often is the opposite — infertility causes stress, and that’s a completely normal response.

Caring for stress isn’t about fixing fertility.
It’s about supporting you through something hard 🤍
