"If anyone is considering becoming a donor but feels unsure about what to expect, I can honestly say that so far, the process has been a breeze and the team has made me feel completely comfortable and cared for."

A day in the life of a coordinator at Egg Donor & Surrogate Solutions starts with optimism and a plan… and often ends with tired eyes and a very full heart.

There are emotional highs, unexpected challenges, and moments that remind us exactly why we do this work. Helping donors, surrogates, and intended parents navigate one of the most important journeys of their lives isn’t always easy — but we wouldn’t trade it for anything.

Because at the end of the day, every step forward means another family getting closer to meeting their baby.

19 eggs retrieved 🎉 and one incredible message from a donor to the family she’s helping create.

Egg donation is more than a medical process. It’s an extraordinary act of generosity and trust between a donor, intended parents, and the team supporting them every step of the way.

Because of women like Ruth, families facing infertility, medical challenges, or building through surrogacy have a chance to grow. It’s one of the most meaningful gifts someone can give, and moments like this remind us just how powerful that gift truly is.

Meet Amily and Jarred, they’re searching for a surrogate ✨

First, thank you for taking the time to read about us. If you are considering becoming a Gestational Carrier, we want you to know how deeply we respect the heart and generosity it takes to even explore this path.

Our journey to parenthood has not been simple. We have experienced multiple pregnancy losses, which have been heartbreaking. Those experiences have deepened our gratitude for the possibility of becoming parents and for the person who might walk alongside us in that journey. Surrogacy represents hope for our family, and we approach it with humility and appreciation.

One thing that matters deeply to us is open communication. We would like to have open communication with our surrogate through the entire process and after, whether that is in person, through phone calls, or through text. We hope to be present for or hear about every milestone during the pregnancy journey. While I will be able to travel for more appointments than my husband, we would love opportunities to spend time together with our surrogate and her family when possible.

We enjoy being outside and go for daily walks in our neighborhood. Our walks give us time to connect away from phones and talk about our day. We also enjoy hunting and fishing and spend many weekends at our family fishing camp either relaxing or out on the boat.

We like to cook and spend a lot of time in the kitchen. When we renovated our home, we customized our kitchen with lots of storage and a huge range. We also enjoy traveling, especially to beach destinations where we can sit all day with a good book. We love live music and often plan trips around concerts.
Family is very important to us. We both come from large families and recently moved back to our hometown so we could live closer to them. We now live about ten minutes from one set of parents and thirty five minutes from the other.

At the heart of it all, we feel like best friends and life feels easy together. We are hopeful about the future and grateful for the possibility of meeting someone who would help us grow our family.

Honored to be part of such a meaningful evening in NYC. ✨

Katy attended the Families Out Loud Gala 2026, Night of Transformation, in support of the incredible work being done by Families Out Loud. Together with so many passionate advocates in the family-building space, the evening helped raise over $150K to continue advancing education, ethics, and support for families everywhere.

We’re grateful to partner with Families Out Loud as they continue to raise the bar in the world of family building.

Meet Anjali & Andrew ✨ Help us write the next chapter!

First, we want to say how deeply we respect the women who choose to help others this way. We recognize the enormity of the role you would play in our family story. Our hope is to build a relationship that feels comfortable, supportive, and grounded in mutual respect. We would love to stay in close contact during the pregnancy, while also respecting that you have your own life, commitments, and responsibilities. If you’re open to it, we would also love to stay in touch after delivery by sharing photos and milestones from the baby’s first year. You will always hold a meaningful place in our child’s life story, and we would want to honor the role you played in bringing them into the world.

Our life at home is full and joyful. We have a three year old daughter, Mila, and a one year old son, Luca. These days our world is full of toddler birthday parties, dance class, playground visits, and playdates. Watching our kids grow has been the greatest joy of our lives.

As a family, we love taking long walks together with our big, lovable German Shepherd, Zoji. Mila likes to point out neighborhood decorations like the “wind spinner,” “sun and stars,” and the famous “flamingo.”

We met in 2018 and quickly knew we wanted to build a life together. Since then we have been incredibly grateful to become parents to Mila and Luca. Our journey to grow our family has not been easy or conventional, but it has been beautiful. We have eleven frozen embryos and are fully committed to growing our family with the help of a surrogate. While no one knows what this journey holds, we are hopeful to find someone who will love this pregnancy and not consider termination unless her life is at risk.

If you are the person who walks this next chapter with us, please know how thankful we already are for you. This baby is already so deeply wanted, and we cannot wait to meet the incredible woman who might help bring them into our lives.

Is it a red flag… or just fear talking?

Crystal opens up about the early days of her surrogacy journey — the anxious Googling, the ethical questions, and the lessons she wishes she knew sooner. A must-listen for intended parents at the beginning of the process. 🎙️

New episode is out now!

Surrogacy is when a woman carries a baby for intended parents through IVF. She’s not genetically related to the child — she’s the hero helping grow a family. And at the end of the journey, a baby is placed exactly where they belong. With their hopeful parents.

Starting the surrogacy journey can feel overwhelming — especially when Google gives you a hundred different answers.

In this week’s episode, Crystal shares her experience as an intended parent navigating fear, loss, and learning how to trust the process.

New episode is out tomorrow!

I’ve donated my eggs and these are the HILLS I WILL DIE ON when it comes to egg donation:

1. Egg donors are not “just donors.”
They are women making an intentional, life-changing decision to help someone build a family. That deserves respect, support, and ethical care every step of the way.

2. Egg donation is not as scary as the internet makes it sound.
There are no long-term studies linking egg donation to infertility, and the process uses eggs your body would naturally release in a cycle. Donors are screened and monitored by experienced physicians to protect their health.

3. Compensation doesn’t cancel out the heart behind it.
Yes, donors are compensated for their time and commitment (often around $9,000–$12,000 per cycle). But the reason many women do it is much bigger: helping someone who couldn’t have a child otherwise.

4. Transparency matters more than “perfect.”
The best egg donor journeys happen when everyone is informed, supported, and empowered to make decisions that feel right for them.

5. Egg donation creates families that otherwise wouldn’t exist.
For people facing infertility, same-sex couples, and single parents by choice, egg donors are often the missing piece that makes parenthood possible.

6. You should never go through this process alone.
A good agency guides you through medical, legal, and emotional steps so you always know what’s happening next and feel supported throughout the journey.

7. Donor-conceived children deserve honesty and openness.
The industry is moving toward more transparency, because identity and medical history matter for the future child too.

8. Helping create a family is one of the most powerful things someone can do.
It’s not just about donating your eggs. It’s about hope, possibility, and the moment someone hears the words: “You’re going to be a parent.”

If you’ve ever thought about becoming an egg donor, ask questions, learn the process, and make the decision that feels right for you. 🤍
