Depression doesn’t always look the same for everyone, and it isn’t always easy to recognize.

This month, we’re proud to support .lighthouse, a nonprofit dedicated to providing depression education and helping students recognize and respond to the signs of depression.

Throughout the month, we’ll be sharing more about teen depression and the work Erika’s Lighthouse is doing to support young people.

Mental health is not one size fits all.

For some teens it looks like anxiety. For others it may be depression, bullying, eating disorders, learning challenges, substance struggles, or feeling alone. Every story is different, and that is why our mission has always been bigger than selling vitamins.

At SAM+LEO, supporting teen mental health is at the heart of everything we do. Through our monthly give back, we focus on a different area of mental health and support organizations creating real impact for teens and their communities.

This month, our focus is Teen Anxiety. We are proud to support , a nonprofit dedicated to changing the conversation around mental health, reducing stigma, and empowering young people to seek help and support one another so no teen feels alone.
