💡 Thoracic mobilization applied in addition to the rotator cuff and scapulothoracic joint-based exercises was found to be more effective in increasing acromio-humeral distance and shoulder function in patients with subacromial impingement syndrome and reducing pain intensity and thoracic kyphosis angle.
