Meet Lauren 🎉, an old soul, creative spirit, and the warm first point of contact for many of our Mosaic Way clients.

Lauren’s journey toward counseling beautifully blends her background in ballet and research with her passion for connection and trauma-informed care. She’s currently pursuing her graduate degree in counseling and is especially drawn to EMDR for its integration of neuroscience and healing.

Behind the scenes, Lauren is learning the full rhythm of a counseling practice, from operations to ethics, to the client journey, so that one day she can offer deeply informed and intentional care as a therapist.

🎉 Celebrating 2 Years of Kelsey Cruz at Mosaic Way! 🎉

Around here, the 2-year milestone comes with a special tradition: receiving a Mosaic Way branded jacket to commemorate the journey and impact made along the way.

In her time with us, Kelsey has accomplished so much. She completed ART training, ran a marathon, began a doctoral program, and upgraded both of her licenses to supervisor status, all while continuing to serve her clients and teammates with incredible wisdom and compassion.

This year, Kelsey was also honored with our Practice Value Award for Connection, which couldn’t be more fitting. The way she builds relationships, supports others, and creates meaningful connection is truly part of who she is.

Kelsey is truly a wealth of knowledge, encouragement, and heart, and we are so grateful for the way she invests in our team and the people she serves.

🎉 Celebrating 1 Year of Alysen Hensley at Mosaic Way! 🎉

Today we’re celebrating one incredible year with Alysen Hensley and what a year it has been!

In true Alysen fashion, she’s marking this milestone by continuing to grow, becoming EMDR trained today as she deepens her clinical skills. Her dual role as both our dedicated Administrative Office Assistant and a Master’s-Level Practicum Counselor has been nothing short of inspiring. She leads with warmth, organization, and a genuine heart to serve, making sure our clients and clinicians feel supported every single day.

Alysen is intentional about building meaningful connections in the community, especially advocating for first responders and their families. Her compassion, initiative, and servant-hearted leadership reflect the very heartbeat of Mosaic Way.

We are so grateful for her steady presence, her growth mindset, and the way she shows up with excellence in every role she carries.

🎉 Celebrating 1 Year with Kelsi Butler🎉

It’s been a full and fruitful year since Kelsi joined Mosaic Way, and what a year it’s been! Over the past 12 months, Kelsi has poured herself into learning and growing as a clinician: completing Adlerian Play Therapy training, diving into ERP (Exposure & Response Prevention) therapy, and working toward her EMDR certification.

Known for her grounded presence, compassionate approach, and heart for children and families, Kelsi brings warmth, curiosity, and clinical excellence to every session.

We’re so grateful for the way she embodies Mosaic Way’s values and continues to invest in her craft. 💛 Here’s to year two!

Meet Tiffany 🎉, a warm, intentional, and relationship-focused therapist passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families deepen their self-trust and transform their relational patterns.

Tiffany was inspired to become a therapist through her desire to be a change agent, helping others find healing, create healthy boundaries, and rewrite generational cycles. She brings a systemic lens to her work, especially drawn to supporting clients through communication struggles, childhood wounds, and emotional disconnection within relationships.

Her sessions integrate CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused, Structural, and Narrative approaches, grounded in empathy, collaboration, and respect for each client’s unique pace and story.

💬 “You don’t have to have everything figured out to start. Therapy is one step at a time... toward honesty, healing, and healthier connection.”

Outside the therapy room, Tiffany is a former NFL cheerleader (Baltimore Ravens!), a distance runner, and a dog mom to two adorable Yorkies: Stenson and Nibbles. She’s happiest when she’s savoring slow mornings with coffee, reading novels, or cooking something delicious (baking mastery is next on her list!).

We’re growing again at Mosaic Way Counseling, and it’s such a gift to watch this team expand with people who truly care about the work they do.

One of my favorite parts of Mosaic Way Counseling is the people. This team brings so much wisdom, compassion, and authenticity into the work they do, and we’re ready to welcome more clinicians into that culture.

We have multiple counselor positions open to join our team across our offices in Southlake, Frisco, and College Station. Our goal is simple: create a place where therapists feel supported, connected, and able to do their best work.

If you or someone in your network is an LPC, LCSW, LMFT (or Associate) who is looking for a counseling home and wants to do meaningful work in a supportive, small collaborative team environment, I would love to connect. Meet Christine 🎉, a warm, compassionate, and deeply relational therapist passionate about helping clients feel seen, heard, and empowered.

Christine’s journey into therapy began with her own healing experience, which sparked a deep desire to help others find freedom and peace. She brings a trauma-informed lens to her work, supporting clients through anxiety, life transitions, identity exploration, and spiritual integration. She also has a special heart for cross-cultural workers, women navigating perimenopause, and those looking to rewrite the narratives that no longer serve them.

Her sessions blend EMDR, CBT, ACT, SFBT, and somatic work in a collaborative process rooted in empathy, adaptability, and trust.

💬 “Therapy isn’t just for crisis. It’s a space for growth, discovery, and healing at your own pace.”

Christine brings creativity and life to everything she touches, from designing beautiful meals and doting on her 30+ houseplants to recharging at Novel Coffee with an iced decaf americano. She used to run a food blog and still finds joy in experimenting in the kitchen or playing silly games with her kids.
