We’re Real Hot Yoga Frisco, and we’re passionate about building strength not just in our bodies but in our local community too.

Right now we’re offering 30 Days of Unlimited Hot Yoga, Mat Pilates, and Sculpt for $49 for new clients.

Our studio is full of local business owners, parents, teachers, and professionals who use that hour in the hot room to reset, recharge, and connect. The energy in this space is something special.

If you’ve been wanting to mix up your fitness routine or try heated yoga, Pilates, or strength based sculpt classes, this is a great time to jump in. All levels welcome.

We’re thrilled to welcome Jazmin to the Real Hot Yoga Frisco team. Starting next week, she’ll be leading 6AM Hot Power on Tuesdays and 6AM YinYassa on Thursdays.

Jazmin brings a love for holistic wellness and breath‑led movement into every class. Her flows build strength, stamina, and mobility while staying accessible for every body.

Meet Rhonda. She’s bringing powerful flow, creative peak poses, and strong balancing work to Monday Night Hot Power.
