Nadia is heading home soon, and we’re down to her final three classes with us. She’s brought so much light, strength, and heart to our studio these past three months, and we’re soaking up every last chance to flow with her.

Today we’re celebrating two incredible members of our RHY Frisco family. Donna just completed 114 classes and Joe hit 100 classes this evening.

We’re so excited for them and so grateful they chose Real Hot Yoga to support their yoga goals. Watching our community grow stronger, more confident, and more connected is what it’s all about.
