Wishing everyone a warm and joyful holiday season from all of us at VSPT. We hope the days ahead bring you rest, connection, and plenty of time to recharge your mind and body.

As a friendly reminder, our clinics will close at 12pm on Christmas Eve and remain closed on Christmas Day, Thursday. We will reopen for normal operations on Friday, 12/26.

Vail-Summit Physical Therapy has been serving our mountain community since 1984. Founded as Avalanche Physical Therapy, the practice grew alongside VSON with a shared commitment to exceptional, coordinated patient care.

In 2018, VSON brought the practice back into local hands, with longtime therapist Teri Day stepping in as Director. In 2022, we expanded into Eagle County and rebranded as Vail-Summit Physical Therapy to reflect our strong partnership and dedication to a seamless continuum of care.

Wishing a warm welcome to the newest member of the VSPT team, Nikolai Goodyear

Nik brings more than fifteen years of experience in fitness and wellness, including personal training, strength and conditioning, and chronic disease management. As a licensed physical therapist for the past five years, he has specialized in orthopedic care across a wide range of settings including post operative rehabilitation, specialty orthopedic clinics, hospital and home based care, skilled nursing facilities, and sports performance.

Nik will be seeing patients at our Frisco location and is excited to help our community stay active, strong, and moving well.
