Today’s session with Jude was nothing short of greatness. 💙
🗣️ Jude is five years old and lives with cerebral palsy.
🕊️ Our mission together is simple—and big: help him learn to walk, grow stronger, and build confidence in his own body.
We’ve been training for five months now, and this week, you can see it: he’s moving better, faster, stronger—every single day.
In today’s session, Jude was working sit-to-stands in front of the mirror wearing his Super Jude gait belt (which has been a game changer this past month).
His strength, control, and confidence are growing—and so is his belief in himself.
We also layered in cognitive training:
🎯 Naming colors and numbers using UNO cards
✏️ Drawing numbers with both hands
Yesterday we practiced “0.”
Today we practiced “1”—seated and standing.
This is how we train the mind and the body together, not separately.
Then we moved into gait training in a whole new way—teaching Jude how to shift his weight forward and back, trust his own body, place his feet, and begin stepping forward with more control and intention.
This isn’t just about muscles.
This is about building neuromuscular connections and teaching his nervous system new, stronger patterns.
This is what the Harkins Method™ is built for:
🔶 A neurorehabilitation system plus neuroplastic training methodology.
🔶 A therapeutic system and training architecture.
🔶 A whole-person rehabilitation model designed to drive neuroplastic change and functional recovery by training the integrated mind–brain–body network.
We don’t just practice movement.
We rebuild human neurobiological function through integrated neurofitness.
We train the nervous system.
We train confidence.
We train possibility.
And Jude? 💪🏼
He is doing the work. And it shows. 🏅
🫶 If you feel moved, drop a ❤️ in the comments for Jude and help us keep the prayers, encouragement, and positive energy flowing his way.
Pass the love, share the light, chase greatness. 🌈
