We change the clocks.
But we don’t always change the habits holding us back.

Longer days are coming. More sunlight. More movement. More opportunity.

• Less stiffness
• Better balance
• Improved mobility
• Reduced pain

Strong isn’t just how you look. It’s how you live.

Today we celebrate the women who carry families, build careers, push through pain, return to sport, recover from surgery, and show up anyway.

Women are powerful.
And your health deserves to feel powerful too.

Whether it’s postpartum recovery, strength training, injury rehab, or simply feeling confident in your body again — you deserve care that supports every phase of life.

If you’re ready to feel stronger and more supported, we’re here to help you move forward.

Recently, clinicians from several of our OC Cal Rehab locations participated in the Active Aging Specialist Course hosted by the Gray Institute.

Over two days of hands-on learning and movement-focused education, our team expanded their expertise in helping aging patients stay active, independent, and confident — getting back to the activities they love most.

Ongoing education allows us to continue raising the standard of care and better serve our communities at every stage of life.

Employee Appreciation Day is one of those moments where words feel like they're never quite enough. So this year, we let the team do the talking.

What you're about to see are real kudos, from real people - the kind of thing that reminds you why this work matters and why who you do it with matters even more.

We'll just say this... there is no PRN without you! Not the mission. Not the patients. Not any of it. Today is yours - and honestly, so is every other day.

Happy Employee Appreciation Day to every single person who makes this place what it is.

Our Clinical Partnership pathway isn't a fixed route.

In this clip, one partner explains how his trajectory has shifted from the mindset of an individual owner to a mentor and multi-site partner.

He’s now using his influence to help the next generation of PTs he’s mentored achieve their own ownership dreams.

At PRN, your trajectory only goes up, as you have the potential to gain higher ownership stakes, greater financial rewards, and increased influence across the network.

If you're ready to grow your footprint while helping others do the same, explore PRN's clinical partnership opportunities: https://www.prnpt.com/partnerships/clinical-partnerships

If you wake up stiff
Avoid certain movements
Sit carefully
Stand carefully
Skip activities you used to love

That’s not “getting older.”
That’s your body adapting to pain — and it shouldn’t have to.

Pain is common.
But living with it every day is not normal.

Physical therapy helps people:
✔ Move freely again
✔ Reduce daily pain
✔ Get back to normal life

You don’t have to just live around pain.
Start physical therapy and take the first step toward moving comfortably again.

Our Story

Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN) was founded in 1991 to assist physical therapists in developing and operating their own practice without carrying the burden of business administration and back office functions. In this capacity our partners can focus on what they do best - providing excellence in patient care!
