We’re ecstatic to share the news that Ben Sears will be returning to DFW to spend a weekend with us at Horizon Hot Yoga! If you haven’t spent time with Ben before, you’re missing out. He’s a wealth of knowledge in so many aspects of life - from extensive yoga training and certifications, to wellness and mindfulness coaching, to world traveling and retreat hosting, and so much more. He’s charismatic and engaging so spending a weekend with him is ALWAYS a great time. We’ll do a lot of yoga, share stories and laughs, sweat a little, and laugh some more. It will be 3 days to explore, ask questions, go deeper, and try new things. He’ll be leading classes and workshops all weekend long. You can attend classes à la carte or purchase a full weekend pass.
