🌅 Radiant Rebel Reflection
There comes a moment when you realize healing was never about becoming someone new.
It was about unveiling what was already there before the world asked you to harden.
I have learned that emotions are not interruptions to life — they are invitations into deeper truth.
Some days we feel strong.
Some days we feel tender.
Both are sacred.
We are not meant to rush clarity.
We are meant to live our way into it.
Peace doesn’t arrive because life becomes easy.
Peace arrives when we stop abandoning ourselves in the process.
So if you are walking through uncertainty, grief, or change… breathe.
You are not behind.
You are exactly where you need to be.
Trust the path beneath your feet.
✨ Stay soft. Stay present. Stay true to the unfolding.

Some seasons don’t ask us to PUSH harder…
they ask us to SOFTEN deeper.
Lately, life has been inviting me into a different way of being:
Not because I’ve given up.
But because I’m learning that true strength isn’t found in resistance — it’s found in PRESENCE.
There are moments when life feels uncertain, tender, and painfully human. Moments when the old instinct is to grip tighter, fix faster, or protect the heart by hardening.
And yet… healing keeps whispering something different:
Meet life as it is.
With openness.
With dignity.
With compassion.
With grace.
Today I’m practicing trusting what I cannot control.
Letting emotions move without judgment.
Allowing love to hold what strength alone never could.
I am not abandoned.
I am loved and held.
And maybe you are too. 🤍
If you’re walking through a season that is stretching your heart — this is your reminder:
You don’t have to fight every wave.
Sometimes you are meant to FLOAT.

WHO ARE YOU — WHEN SURVIVAL IS NO LONGER YOUR IDENTITY?
I want to speak to the part of you that learned how to survive.
The part that adapted —
the part that stayed alert —
the part that made meaning out of pain just to keep going.
Nothing here is meant to take that away from you.
But I am curious…
have you ever wondered who you might be if survival was no longer the lens through which you see yourself?
Take a breath 🌬️
Notice what happens in your body as you consider that.
This is NOT about denying your pain.
It’s NOT about minimizing what you’ve lived through.
And it’s definitely NOT about bypassing grief, anger, or the deep repair your nervous system may still need.
This is about AWARENESS.
Here’s something I’ve had to face in my own healing journey —
We live inside systems built on hierarchy…
on power-over dynamics, scarcity, and separation.
In systems like this, there is often an unspoken ranking:
someone “strong” — someone “broken”
someone labeled “more than” — someone labeled “less than.”
And here’s the part that changed everything for me 👇
When we organize our identity around what happened TO us,
we can unknowingly give our power to the very thing that wounded us.
The diagnosis becomes the authority.
The trauma becomes the explanation.
The past becomes the ceiling.
My experiences were real —
the chronic pain,
the anxiety and burnout,
years of unanswered questions,
walking alongside my husband through cancer while holding my own body together.
Understanding trauma, nervous system patterns, and inherited stress responses was ESSENTIAL.
Learning compassion for myself was NON-NEGOTIABLE.
Listening to my body — instead of fighting it — changed my life.
You cannot heal what you do not first acknowledge.
But understanding the wound cannot be where we stop.
Because when we keep saying…
“This happened to me, and now I can’t —”
we’re still allowing the past to define what’s possible.
The shift happens when the question changes.
✨ What did this refine in me?
✨ What capacity did this awaken?
✨ What wisdom did this forge?
Hard experiences WILL shape us. That part is unavoidable.
But they do not get to AUTHOR us — unless we let them.
When pain becomes wisdom…
when survival turns into discernment…
when what tried to shrink you expands your capacity instead —
That is not bypassing.
That is not denial.
That is SOVEREIGNTY 🜂
In a world that quietly teaches us to stay small inside inherited scripts,
one of the most revolutionary acts you can take is this:
— REFUSE to define yourself as less than.
— REFUSE to let the past have permanent authority over your future.
— REFUSE to make the wound your identity.
You are not here to remain who you had to be to survive.
You are here to discover who you are —
when survival is no longer the story running your life.
So notice your reaction.
Are you protecting your limitations?
Or are you willing to explore what else might be true about you?
If this stirred something in you, share one sentence below —
no fixing, no explaining. Just truth 💬

✨ LIFE IS BOTH HARD AND MAGICAL ✨
We all know life can be heavy… full of loss, uncertainty, and seasons that stretch us beyond what we thought we could endure. 🌿 And yet, even in the midst of it all, there is beauty—the quiet gifts, the whispers, the soul medicine life pours into us when we pause, breathe, and open our hearts.
This past year, I’ve walked through anticipatory grief, and it has shaken me to my very core. I’ve felt the weight in my chest, the ache in my belly, the sleepless nights of wondering… and yet, through it all, I’ve felt the gentle pulse of life’s soul medicine: moments of grace, sparks of joy, and glimpses of connection that remind me I am still alive, still here, still capable of wonder. 💛
We are never the same after the storms we survive—and that’s not just okay—it’s extraordinary. Life is messy. Life is beautiful. Life is WORTH IT.
💫 Radiant Rebels, close your eyes for a moment. Feel your soul medicine moving through you—healing, awakening, guiding. What lessons, blessings, or quiet miracles are transforming YOU right now? Lean into them. Breathe them in. Let them fuel your next bold step.

𝕋ℍ𝔼 ℚ𝕌𝕀𝔼𝕋 𝕀𝕊 𝔼𝔸ℝℕ𝔼𝔻
There was a time when my world felt loud.
Every thought. Every opinion. Every distraction pulling at me.
Have you ever felt that way?
I gave my heart freely. My energy generously.
Because that’s who I am.
Do you give so much that you sometimes forget yourself?
Then life taught me discernment.
Not that giving is ever too much…
But peace is priceless.
And some things simply don’t deserve your energy.
What would happen if you chose peace over proving your worth today?
The quiet didn’t come from age.
It came from EXPERIENCE.
From loving deeply. From giving freely.
From learning where your energy belongs—and where it doesn’t.
Can you feel the difference between giving from love and giving where it drains you?
Now I move differently.
I speak less. I listen more. I protect what matters.
This quiet isn’t weakness—it’s wisdom.
It’s living fully. Loving deeply. Choosing with intention.
How would your life feel if you moved this way—slower, wiser, calmer?
If this resonates, leave a ❤️ or share it with someone learning the power of quiet strength.

You know what “they” say about Texas weather… 🥶❄️
One minute it’s summertime—flip flops, sun, and all the warm-weather vibes—and the next it’s winter and freezing temps!
This weekend I’m sure hoping for some snow ❄️ so we can bundle up, head outside, and just PLAY—like kids again. Running, laughing, smiling, and having lots of FUN… like being on a ski vacation, but Texas style 😎
Meanwhile, I’ll be cozy inside:
🧣 Wrapped up in my favorite sweater, curled up by a cozy fire
🍜 Savoring a steaming bowl of soup that warms me from the inside out
☕️ Enjoying a rich, creamy hot chocolate or 🍷 sipping on some fragrant hot spiced wine
📖 Maybe with a good book, or just watching the snow (or Texas “snow”) fall outside, soaking in every cozy, peaceful moment
What’s YOUR favorite way to enjoy a chilly Texas weekend?
Let’s swap cozy and fun ideas! 🤍

WHEN YOU’RE WAITING… AND NOTHING IS HAPPENING (YET)
Have you ever been in that moment where your heart is pounding and you’re thinking…
This has to work out.
It HAS to.
You’ve done the work.
You’ve prayed.
You’ve trusted.
And still… you’re standing there wondering if the miracle missed you.
That’s where I’ve been.
Over and over again.
I keep having ISAAC MOMENTS.
You know the story.
Abraham waits YEARS for the promise.
Then finally… Isaac.
And just when it seems secure, he’s asked to lay it ALL on the altar.
Knife raised.
Heart exposed.
No backup plan.
And at the VERY LAST MINUTE 🙃
The angels stop him.
Provision appears.
The ram was already there.
And if you’re honest…
You’ve been standing in that space too.
The space where you’re saying:
“God… are you SURE?”
“Did I hear you wrong?”
“Why am I still waiting?”
Here’s what I keep learning—sometimes GOD waits until the LAST POSSIBLE MOMENT
to SHOW us.
to TELL us.
to PROVIDE for us.
Not to break us.
But to BUILD us.
Those moments when control slips through your fingers.
When certainty disappears.
When faith is the only thing left to stand on.
Those are ISAAC MOMENTS.
And every single time—EVERY TIME—the truth reveals itself:
You were NEVER forgotten.
You were ALWAYS supported.
And the provision was already prepared.
Radiant Rebel…
If you’re in a LAST-MINUTE season right now, this is your reminder:
BREATHE.
STAY OPEN.
DON’T CLOSE YOUR HEART.
The ram shows up.
The message comes through.
The path becomes clear.
Sometimes only when you’re willing to trust…
ALL THE WAY.
✨ If this feels like your story right now, let me know below. You’re not walking this alone.

I Don’t Teach This From Theory — I’ve Lived It
I’ve lived the pain of grief.
The ache of uncertainty.
The weight of anger, overwhelm, and fear that settles into the body when life no longer feels safe or predictable.
I don’t share this as a concept.
I share it as someone who has faced sleepless nights from worry, gut pain from stress, racing thoughts that won’t stop, and tension that keeps me from fully showing up for the people I love.
I’ve had days when I could barely get out of bed, wondering how to keep going—
and I’ve learned how to come back to myself, piece by piece.
Here’s what I know now, from my heart:
Powerlessness is NOT a personal failure.
It’s a nervous system response.
When loss, stress, and uncertainty stack up, the body doesn’t fail us—it protects us.
It braces.
It contracts.
It shifts into survival.
You might notice it as:
• Racing thoughts you can’t turn off
• Shoulders, jaw, or stomach tight all the time
• Trouble sleeping or waking up exhausted
• Feeling numb, stuck, or like you can’t act
• Constantly “on alert” or reactive in relationships
These aren’t signs that you’re weak—
they’re signs that your body is trying to keep you safe.
You cannot sustain clarity, compassion, or meaningful action
from a body locked in fight-or-flight.
Regulation isn’t retreat.
It’s the practical work of giving your body what it needs to function:
• Breathing fully and slowly
• Moving in ways that release tension
• Resting without guilt
• Pausing before reacting in difficult conversations
When the body feels safe enough to respond instead of react:
• Anger becomes clarity
• Grief becomes depth
• Urgency becomes wisdom
Ask yourself:
• When was the last time my body felt safe, calm, or supported?
• What tension am I carrying that I could release right now?
• What small action today could help me feel more grounded and steady?
If something in you feels seen by these words, pause.
That’s not coincidence. That’s awareness.
You don’t need to push harder or “handle it better.”
You need space.
Support.
Practical ways to calm your nervous system so you can show up fully and intentionally.
What one step can you take today to honor your heart and your body?
You were never meant to do this alone. 🤍

Do you believe ONE word could carry you through a year that tried to break you?
Last year tested me in ways I never imagined…
And yet, one word held me steady.
That word was 𝐋𝐎𝐕𝐄, and it was deeply transformative for me. ❤️
I remember waking up some mornings feeling like I could break into a million pieces…
The day weighed on me before it even started,
with tears streaming down my face
and anger that threatened to consume me — there were moments I wasn’t sure I had the strength to KEEP GOING.
I didn’t do everything perfectly.
Even when I didn’t know how I’d make it through the day,
I surrendered when I needed to.
And I kept showing up.
Love taught me patience when I had none.
Kindness when all I wanted was to curl up and hide.
Courage when I felt like giving up.
It reminded me to KEEP MY HEART OPEN,
to approach people and circumstances with compassion and understanding,
and to KEEP GOING even when life felt unbearable.
It was raw.
It was messy.
It was painful.
And through it all…
I grew in ways I’ll carry with me forever.
After all I learned about love last year…
I realize it’s now time to CHOOSE JOY.
And that’s why this year, my word is 𝐅𝐔𝐍! 🎈
After a year that drained me, broke me, and challenged me like never before,
I’m ready to bring joy, play, and lightness into my life.
Fun is my reminder to:
✨ Laugh loudly
✨ Savor little moments
✨ Do things that make my heart feel alive
Even when life is uncertain.
Even when it’s unpredictable.
Even when it sucks.
Here’s how I’m showing up for myself in 2026:
✅ Giving myself time to reflect and learn, even when it’s uncomfortable
✅ Leaning on friends and mentors I trust to keep me grounded and accountable
✅ Carving out space for laughter, curiosity, and small moments that refill my soul
💖 What word is guiding YOUR year?
How will you show up for it—even in the messy, hard, and unexpected moments?
Step into it fully. Embrace it. Own it.
Your year is waiting—I challenge you to be intentional!

✨ A couple years ago, I thought detox was just about cutting habits.
I was wrong. What really happened changed how I live—and how I see myself—every single day. ✨
Real change goes deeper than habits.
It’s about turning what weighs you down into something that strengthens you.
Noticing which relationships lift you—and which quietly drain you.
Recognizing coping mechanisms that once protected you but now limit you.
Have you noticed patterns that keep repeating in your life?
What old stories are still running your choices?
This is the work I help women do: transmuting fear, doubt, and old pain into clarity and calm.
Finding peace in who they already are—and stepping fully into that.
Deepening faith anchors the mind, soothes the body, and softens the spirit.
Every small step you take toward alignment strengthens your confidence in who you already are.
Where in your life could what feels heavy become your strength?
What are you ready to release so something truer can emerge?
KEEP GOING.
KEEP TRUSTING.
KEEP BELIEVING.
✨ I BELIEVE IN YOU. ✨
If this stirred something in you, trust that nudge.
I’d love to hear what you’re transmuting in this season. 🤍

Have you ever felt like your emotions are ‘too much’… and that if you react, you’re automatically the problem?
I’ve been there.
For most of my life, I believed I ruined everything. That if people pulled away, went silent, or rejected me, it meant I had failed.
Recently, old emotions surfaced quickly — and yes, I reacted.
But this time, I did something different.
I chose responsibility WITH SELF-RESPECT.
I acknowledged my part. I considered the feelings of others. I allowed space for the overwhelm we’re all carrying.
I repaired my part — not through over-explaining, not through self-blame, but through honesty, presence, and care.
Healing doesn’t mean never being triggered.
It means you can pause, take responsibility, and choose connection — without abandoning yourself.
Being accountable does not mean carrying what isn’t yours.
Choosing self-respect does not mean withdrawing love.
If you’ve ever doubted your worth because of your reactions, know this:
You are capable of showing up, repairing, and standing in your truth — all while keeping your dignity intact.
This is growth. This is emotional sovereignty. This is choosing yourself without shame.

While I love to say that I’m still 29 years old each year when my birthday rolls around, the honest truth is I’m not that girl anymore. I’ve now surpassed that “major milestone” age and along with that transition has come many changes. My perspective and priorities have changed and what I value most in life now is authenticity, integrity, and being kind and loving toward one-self and others. I also value my relationship with the Lord, my family and friends and am grateful to be "doing life" with my best friend and husband, Danny, and our two children, Austin and Courtney.
Now that you know what I value most in life, let me tell you what I am passionate about! That is living intentionally, abundantly and well. My energy, enthusiasm and faith are the well I draw from to transform the way I respond to the burdens in life. Instead of feeling drained and defeated, I choose to laugh, love and live with grace and ease.
I understand how it feels to face life’s challenges and the energy required to survive a health crisis. The knowledge I acquired from overcoming dis-ease conditions within my own body and the compassion I gained while supporting Danny when he was severely ill and at a crossroads in his life are what have inspired me to affirm and empower others in their pursuit of quality self-care and balanced living.
By bringing balance and harmony to the body, mind and spirit we can all live victoriously! If you seek to transform your life and desire to live intentionally, I am here to guide you and serve you.
