We are a dynamic oral surgery private practice in Frisco, Tx , Located right at the border of Frisco and The Colony.
We are looking for a registered dental assistant (RDA) to join our practice.
We are looking for staff for both Full time and Part time;( 2 to 3 days per week) positions.

Some of the main responsibilities include:
- Assisting the oral surgeon with seeing patients (consults, follow-ups, assisting with oral surgery procedures and IV sedation).
- Assist staff in preparing for clinic and procedure days.

Some requirements for this position are:
- Must have a valid RDA and CPR or BLS certificate.
- Oral Surgery assisting experience is necessary. Must be enthusiastic and willing to learn and improve, and value team work.

We ask that only serious applicants apply for this position.

About us - Dr. Eftekhari

Dr. Eftekhari is a highly skilled and experienced Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon with extensive Fellowship-Training in Head & Neck Oncologic and Microvascular Reconstructive Surgery. He is an Associate Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and an active member of the American Association of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons and American Head & Neck Society. Dr. Eftekhari is an expert in diagnosing and treatment of a wide array of both benign and malignant tumors of the Face, Head and Neck region including salivary glands, lymph nodes, oral cavity, throat, nasopharynx, larynx, thyroid, parathyroid, and facial and scalp skin pathologies and malignancies. Additionally, his area of expertise also involve full scope of oral surgery including; jaw pathology and dentoalveolar procedures, dental implants, wisdom teeth and dental extractions, in office sedation, Jaw and dental reconstruction, treating Facial Trauma, Facial & Neck infections, and facial Cosmetics Surgeries.

He completed his Doctor of Dentistry Degree at University of Pennsylvania, in Philadelphia, PA, and his Medical Degree (M.D.) at Oregon Health & Science University Medical Center, in Portland, OR, where he also completed his surgical residency training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.

He completed one year of General Surgery training at UCLA medical center in Los Angeles, CA. After completion of his residency training, Dr. Eftekhari then pursued and completed an Advanced Fellowship training in Head & Neck Oncologic and Reconstructive Surgery at John Peter Smith Hospital in Fort Worth, TX, in 2015.

Dr. Eftekhari is affiliated with numerous hospitals, including THR Harris Methodist, THR Presbyterian, Medical City Plano Hospital, John Peter Smith Hospital, Baylor Scott & White Plano, Baylor University Medical Center, Methodist Hospital and Cooks Children Hospital. Dr. Eftekhari is accepting new patients at his medical office and practice locations in Frisco, TX. Same day appointments also available for urgent cases.
