This ice just won’t quit, y’all! Unfortunately, due to this on going ice/melt/refreeze situation we’re in, we’ve made the decision to keep our staff, patients, and community safe by staying closed (hopefully) only one more day.

Our plan is to reopen on Thursday morning at 9:00AM.

❄️🥶🧊BURRRRR!!! IT’S COLD, Y’ALL 🧊🥶❄️

Our office follows Frisco ISD’s inclement weather policy. Since they have closed all campuses for Monday and Tuesday this week, for the safety of our patients and staff, our office will also be closed Monday and Tuesday. We are tentatively planning to reopen on Wednesday, January 28th at 9AM.

If you have any questions for your practitioner, please email them directly during the office closure. For any other inquiries or scheduling questions, please call the office at (214) 705-9369, option 2 for the scheduling desk.

We hope all of you are staying warm, being safe, and looking out for each other. We look forward to seeing all of you once we’ve thawed out!

As the inclement weather this week approaches in North Texas, we wanted to inform you of what our policy is for closing the office in the case of bad weather.

Our office follows the inclement weather closings; if Frisco ISD is closed, we will be closed. With that said, if Dr. T feels it’s best to keep our patients and staff safe, we may close the office even if Frisco ISD does not close. In that case, we will contact each individual patient scheduled on the days we will be closed to reschedule their appointment for a different day and post any updates on our social media accounts regarding closures.

You can always look at our social media pages (Instagram and Facebook) for any updates regarding office closures in the event of weather.

Give us a call today or tomorrow to schedule your upcoming appointment or to purchase any supplementation before the winter weather is upon us!

Food allergies/sensitivities are one of the more common causes of chronic inflammation in the body. Food normally is very healing, but, when you have a food sensitivity, your body will become chronically inflamed.Eliminating one food at a time is a great way to determine if you are sensitive to that food or not. Start with the more common culprits like Gluten, Corn, Dairy, Soy and Sugar. Remove one of these for at least 3-4 weeks at a time and see how your body and your symptoms feel. If they start to disappear, then you know that there may be a sensitivity to that food.

Like I also said in the video, most food sensitivities are caused by something else that is causing your immune system to overreact to that food, but, some people do have a true food sensitivity and are best to avoid that food moving forward.

As most of us know, Inflammation is the cause of a majority of diseases. Taking prescriptions to help calm the inflammation will help you to feel better, but they will not get to the source of your inflammation. This will never get rid of your problem and taking anti-inflammatories for an extended period of time will start to cause different problems in the body.You have to identify the source of your inflammation. That looks different for everyone. The most common sources of inflammation is food. There are many different foods that will create chronic inflammation in the body leading to many different symptoms. Infections like Bacteria, Viruses, Fungus and Parasites are another primary source of systemic inflammation in the body.

Some other sources of inflammation are Chemicals in our food, water and air. Food dyes, Pesticides, Herbicides, Preservatives, Pollution and many other chemicals can and do cause chronic inflammation as well. Heavy Metals are also a source for inflammation. Mercury, Lead, Titanium etc. are also present in our environment and can easily get find its way into your body.

Emotional stress is also something that can cause us inflammation as it can create an environment in the body that is not regulated properly. Finding the source of the inflammation and using natural Herbs and Supplements to eliminate the source is key in returning your body to its Healthy, Vibrant state.
