It was one of those days! Started so many things, worked in all my businesses, lip hydration done, helped my daughter, coached my team, created content, made lists....

When I was 19, a water-skiing accident left me temporarily paralyzed from the neck down. In one split second, everything I took for granted disappeared. But that experience taught me how to find light inside the hardest moments ā€” how to choose growth when fear is loud, and how to see the good even when it doesnā€™t feel good yet. It was a 20 year journey to healing the layers on injury created that day, and to embrace the learning it brought.
