Thank you Cynthia Thompson for allowing me to join your Health and Wellness 30-day hydration challenge. I learned from Xcellence Fitness,Kenneth Johnson that the reason my toes are cramping was due to my lack of commitment to his gym and electrolytes, so I'm on it. The green apple and mixed berry are both wonderful, it's been 5 days and I can absolutely tell the difference, will check back in 2 weeks for another update. Nope not a member yet, lol working on it Kenneth.

NEWSFLASH!!!!!!!

Something that actually WORKS, no catch, no special qualifications, no hoops to jump through, I've already applied.

The federal government approved and is giving caregivers like me a voucher for $1000 to be used for respite, daycare, in-home care or institutional care.

There's no catch, no income requirement NOTHING!!!! But, you can only get it once a year, works for me.

If you are a caregiver, send me an email ONLY.

I know the woman in charge of the program and already told her I was going to pass the information on to my 10 FB followers, and she's fine with it. I guess sometimes it's good to be a very small business, lol. With my forwarding list they'll never run out of vouchers.

Time well spent, I absolutely loved helping box food for "Feed my starving Children" with the Lone Star Business Builders (LSBB). Giving is better than receiving most often. Thanks so much for the invite. Our team alongside other volunteers completed 91 boxes.
