This Reformer Pilates class provides a taste of the BEYOND brand in a small group setting. Class will be followed by a Q&A session to discuss our 8 Pilates-based class concepts that can be found at our 3 Frisco studio locations. Plan for a total visit time of about 45 minutes. ‘TIS THE SEASON for giving back💙 Since BEYOND opened in 2017, one of our core values is supporting long-term community partners in a meaningful way.

Thank you to BEYOND instructors and for hosting a relaxing Soundbath and Meditation at the 4th Army studio last Friday night. 100% of ticket sales from this soldout event were donated to - furthering their mission to provide highly trained psychiatric service dogs to women who have endured abuse so that they can not only survive, but thrive.

And HUGE thank you to our generous members for making Christmas dreams come true for our 6th annual Adopt-a-Family. We delivered gift cards & gifts today to Children’s so the family can pick up tomorrow.

We say it all the time, our BEYOND community has the biggest heart & we are grateful to each and every one of you🤗
