We’re excited to share our latest publication in PLOS ONE. This study uses a non-invasive approach to map both host transcriptome and HPV oncogene expression, revealing the molecular landscape of HPV-driven cervical lesions. By integrating viral and host signals, we move closer to more precise characterization and earlier detection of disease progression.
