Odoo Functional Consultant (Support) required for a remote client.
Responsibilities
1. Support and train end users and team members with Odoo.
2. Functional requirements gathering, specifically for Odoo implementations and customizations. Analyze and document these requirements.
3. Work closely with client, functional and technical teams to implement Odoo solutions.
4. Migrate or upgrade existing Odoo implementations to newer versions of Odoo or from other accounting applications to Odoo.
5. Set and meet expectations with team members and client end users.
6. Communicate with customers about support and implementation/upgrade requirements.
Required Skills and Experience
1. Experience with Odoo v14 or later is required.
2. Odoo Certification required
3. Experience with business and financial accounting principles.
4. Strong customer communication and good English verbal/written communication.
5. Strong business analysis skills including documentation skills.
6. Minimum of 3 years of implementation or support experience with Odoo.
7. Experience with Odoo customizations and external integrations will be a plus.
8. Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, business administration, commerce, or finance.
