If one more person says prediabetes is just from “too many carbs,” I might scream
Prediabetes isn’t a willpower issue ,it’s a full-body, metabolic picture. Yes, food matters, but it’s only one piece.
Your genetics, stress levels, sleep quality, muscle mass, daily movement, and insulin sensitivity all play a role. Ignore these, and you miss the real problem.
Blaming yourself or demonizing carbs won’t fix it. Supporting your body will.
Build muscle. Sleep better. Manage stress. Move more. Eat with intention.
You didn’t fail, your body is asking for better support.
