Think your turmeric is doing what the label promises?
🧪 Independent testing has found that some turmeric supplements fall short of their claims, which means that you may not be getting the amount or quality you expect. Additionally, this last week a popular turmeric supplement was recalled for reports of mold contamination.
💡 And this isn’t just true for turmeric. It’s true across the supplement aisle. Quality, sourcing, and testing matter! Unfortunately, labels don’t always tell the whole story.
So what can you do?
✅ Become an informed consumer.
✅ Ask questions about sourcing, testing, and bioavailability
✅ Work with a provider who does the same.
🤝 I believe in a collaborative, partnership-based approach to care, which is why I only use supplements that meet strict quality and testing standards.
