Exercise and stretch weak, tight, or atrophied muscles help athletes of any level prepare for, and recover from, strenuous workouts, reduce spasms and cramping, relax soften injured, tired, and overused muscles. I have been a licensed massage therapist for 20 years as well as a Nationally Certified Bodyworker, Certified Kinesio Tape Practitioner, & Instructor over the past 8 years. I have more than 15 years of therapeutic bodywork experience in the Chiropractic industry under Dr. John Lehrer at Carrollton Family Chiropractic.
