It is a uniquely artistic labor of love and devotion that has left its energetic stamp within the studio spaces, greeting the hearts of every Yoga on Main practitioner with a gentle, unspoken sense of safety and welcome. Yoga on Main sincerely hopes you will embark on the journey of a lifetime in discovering and practicing yoga with us. Mother Theresa taught: “Let no one come to you without leaving better and happier,” and we strive to keep this teaching alive in every class. Studio classes range from the gentle, slow and meditative poses to the more powerful, energizing and dynamic sequences. Each class is labeled according to its intensity level on the schedule. From restorative to Hatha, Vinyasa to Power, there is a class for everyone - come settle down onto a mat at YoM!

✨ A few days late on posting… but our hearts are still so full from our Saturday’s Yin + Sound Bath with Liz & Jono.
We had a packed house and the energy in the room was absolutely beautiful.
