It begins with a tailored yoga session — a gentle, intentional opening of the body and the spirit. Then a private horseback ride through the mountain and river trails at Royal Horse Shoe Farms, where the Blue Ridge is just waking up and everything feels possible again. You'll return to our cozy log cabin for a three-course afternoon tea, thoughtfully curated and paired — the kind of table that feels like a celebration of you-because it IS!!!
