Valley Health celebrated a ceremonial ribbon cutting of its newest specialty care facility, Valley Health Center for Orthopedic Excellence | Wi******er, on November 10. A team of three experienced providers offers comprehensive treatment for a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, including those affecting the knee, hip, elbow, wrist, and hand. The Center, located on the campus of Wi******er Medical Center, is the health system’s first general orthopedics practice in the Wi******er, VA area and part of a network of five additional Valley Health Center for Orthopedic Excellence locations in Martinsburg, Front Royal, Woodstock, New Market, and Luray. Our growing network of locations enables patients to receive comprehensive orthopedic care without leaving their local community.

Today is World Stroke Day — a global reminder of the importance of stroke awareness and prevention. Every second counts when it comes to recognizing the signs of a stroke and seeking immediate medical attention. In our community, support is just around the corner. The Front Royal Stroke Support Group meets monthly to offer connection, encouragement, and education for stroke survivors, caregivers, families, and healthcare professionals.
