Join us in welcoming Christopher Hagen, MD, to Valley Health as a board-certified physician specializing in family medicine.
Along with caring for patients in Front Royal, Dr. Hagen will serve as faculty for the Shenandoah Valley Family Practice Residency Program, helping train the next generation of physicians.
He completed undergraduate degrees in biology and Hispanic studies at St. John’s University and earned his medical degree from Virginia Commonwealth University. Dr. Hagen completed his family medicine residency at Oregon Health & Science University–Cascades East.

Between his undergraduate studies and medical school, Dr. Hagen spent two years working as a nursing assistant at a respite shelter for individuals experiencing homelessness in Washington, D.C. He also has experience as a hospitalist, where he gained exposure to acute care and strengthened his commitment to preventive medicine and continuity of care.
Dr. Hagen is a Virginia native and is passionate about serving his community and helping patients integrate evidence-based preventive strategies to support long-term health goals.

Join us in welcoming Holle Mills, FNP-C, to Valley Health Urgent Care! Hollee is a certified family nurse practitioner with more than 20 years of nursing experience across a range of clinical settings. She earned a Bachelor of Science in nursing from Capella University and a Master of Science in nursing as a family nurse practitioner from Purdue Global University.

Her career includes work in emergency departments, primary care, medical-surgical telemetry, orthopedics, post-anesthesia care and pediatric intensive care. Her background in acute and urgent care allows her to quickly assess patients, distinguish urgent from nonurgent conditions and provide effective treatment for common concerns such as infections, minor injuries and flare-ups of chronic illness. She is committed to building trust through clear communication and patient-centered care for individuals and families of all ages.

Hollee is a wife and mother and remains actively involved in community service, working with adults and children with disabilities.

Our Story

Warren Memorial Hospital is a non-profit community hospital and nursing home providing diagnostic, medical and surgical services for the residents of Front Royal, Warren County and surrounding communities. Valley Health provides outstanding care to residents in Virginia, West Virginia and Maryland through a system of six hospitals, and related facilities. The Lynn Care Center provides long-term care, including a unit for residents with Alzheimer’s disease and dementia, and skilled care for short-stay patients needing rehabilitation or skilled nursing after a hospital stay. Warren has an outpatient center that is home to occupational health, urgent care, outpatient rehabilitation services, a fitness program, massage therapy and physician office space.
