We're Hiring!

We are looking for an experienced Dental Assistant to join our devoted and caring clinical team. We are a high-energy and active dental practice that strives to provide unsurpassed, unique care where our patients are treated like part of our family. We are a fee-for-service/out-of-network practice that allows time for each patient’s needs.

What we have to offer:
*Enjoy a 3-day work week(Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday)
*Medical/Vision Insurance after 90 days
*Dental Care In-Office after 90 days

*Team Run Practice with 1 Dr/1Hygenist

Responsibilities include:
• Assist dentist during examination and procedures using four-handed dentistry techniques.
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment, ensuring compliance with infection control protocols.
• Take digital x-ray images, adhering to safety standards for both patients and staff.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation for patient visits, treatments and follow-ups.
• Provide patients with pre-treatment and post-procedure instructions as directed by the dentist.
• Support front office as needed, including scheduling appointments and pulling patient charts for the next day.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Required skills include:
• Previous experience as a Chairside Dental Assistant – minimum of 2-year experience required.
• Experience in making temporary crowns/bridges.
• Experience in using general office equipment—computer, printer, scanner.
• Punctuality and reliability are a must.
• Proficient in using dental imaging systems and understanding of dental practice clinical operations.
• Strong attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
• Comfortable working in a busy environment.
• Be a quick learner.
