Hey friends!

We are working towards completing a couple of projects. One of which is installing a washer and dryer in our transitional living space. We’ve completed most of the needed wiring and require approximately $300 towards final supplies as well as a donated washer and dryer. This year has been a little wild. Maybe yoga should be, too?

Join us for Farm Fun Yoga, led by Ruby Yoga LLC. You'll be tucked amongst the beautiful backdrop of Sitka Spruce Farms where we'll interact with goats, donkeys, and alpacas. Our meditative yoga practice will leave us recharged and nourished as we move towards the holiday season. A time of psychoeducation and reflection will focus on slowing down and setting a mindful pace before we cuddle with the animals and take photos!
