🎉 BIG ANNOUNCEMENT 🎉

We are proud to share that ClearHorizon Forensic & Counseling Group has been officially approved by DBHDS to provide ASAM Level 2.5 – Substance Abuse Partial Hospitalization/High-Intensity Outpatient Program (SAPHP/IOP) services. (5 hours a day, 5 days a week program).

This approval marks an important milestone in our mission to expand access to high-quality, evidence-based substance use treatment for individuals and families in our community. ASAM 2.5 services allow us to provide structured, intensive, and clinically robust care for individuals who need a higher level of support while continuing to live in the community.
