This past Saturday at The Cycle CEO, we dived into phthalates, BPA, microplastics, and how everyday environmental toxins can impact pregnancy, early development, and hormone health far beyond your cycle.✨

We also explored ’s research on the connection between environmental toxins and fertility in both men and women.

We shared easy swaps and how to detox your body of these toxins that are so commonly found in our everyday lives. (The small changes truly add up!)😌
