Please don’t panic—we will work with you. Our commitment has not changed: your care and well-being come first.
If you’re worried about the cost, know that:
• We offer flexible payment options (including monthly plans)
• Financial-hardship assistance is available for those who qualify
• We’ll help you find a plan so you can continue your care without
interruption

This change ensures your hormone care remains reliable and no longer subject to the insurance restrictions that have made it unsustainable for Harmony to keep operating under the current system.
