October vs. August 24th
The first photo was taken in October, before I was introduced to Mind Body GLP-1. The second is from August 24th.
Since COVID, I had been searching for the motivation to get active and back in shape. I struggled with energy, and even the thought of driving somewhere to exercise felt overwhelming.
After starting with Mind Body, I discovered a drive deep inside me again—to work out, hike, and stay active. With less food noise, I naturally began choosing healthier foods and focusing on what fuels my body.
Mind Body has been a powerful tool in my journey. It keeps me focused and reminds me that this is work, discipline, and determination—but it’s worth it.
